No. Payment of the conference fees must be in USD.

No, HPE OBSS 2023 is an industry focused event by invitation only.

All attendees must register in advance and are required to wear their attendee badges for event access.

Non-invited guests will not have access to any portion of the conference, including meals, keynote sessions, breaks, breakout sessions, and other official social activities.

2-3 weeks before the event, you will receive an email with instructions on how to choose your breakout session and hands-on labs.

Please book early as seats are limited for some sessions.

Please indicate your dietary requirement during registration.

After registering for the event, you should receive a confirmation email from HPE OBSS 2023 Event Secretariat. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact the HPE OBSS 2023 Event Secretariat at hpeobss@pmgasia.com.

Session collaterals will be available for download post-event. You will receive notification within one week after the event.

Attendees are to ensure that you can provide and show the necessary official documents when requested by the Thailand authorities during your stay.

No, arrival and departure airport transfer will not be arranged by the organiser. Please make your own arrangement.

Check-in is at 15:00hrs. Check-out is at 12:00hrs.

• Proceed back to your hotel room and avoid contact with others.
• Dial “0” to speak to the hotel operator to seek assistance.
• Hotel & PMG will arrange for an ATK Kit to be delivered to the room.
• Should you wish to see a doctor, please inform the hotel concierge. Hotel will make the necessary arrangements.
• Do note any cost involved will be borne by the delegate.
