Event Health and Safety Policy
The health and safety of HPE’s employees, customers, partners, and our communities is our top priority as we continue to maintain our vigilance in addressing the potential impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
- Invitees and organizers are assured that attending any event is voluntary and are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their respective people leaders.
- The Individual is responsible for performing their own due diligence and travel risk assessment for each event and must know, understand, and comply with all governmental orders, travel restrictions, and guidelines outlined for ALL the location(s), to and from where they will travel for the event.
- The guiding principles are based on public health organizations,’ governments’ and industry’s recommendations and best practices to ensure safety.
- Organizers must comply with all governmental orders, travel restrictions and guidelines outlined for the country (or areas within the country) where the event will be held.
Attendance Policy
You are requested to not attend the event if any or all of the following apply:
- You have been diagnosed or tested as a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case in the 10 days prior to the event.
- You have been advised or instructed by a health care provider, public health authority or any other government authority to be under any form of quarantine or isolation.
- You have had, in the 10 days prior to the event, any COVID-19-like symptoms (e.g., fever, dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, a new loss of sense of taste or smell or other COVID-19 related symptoms).
- You are feeling at all unwell in the 10 days prior to the event.
- You were in close contact with anyone exhibiting COVID-19-like symptoms or anyone tested or diagnosed with COVID-19 during the 10 days prior to the event.
Traveling to Thailand (For foreign attendees only)
Entry requirements and border controls are in place around the world. These are mandated by the respective governments as prerequisites to enter the country.
As entry requirements may change at short notice, please check the latest travel advisory issued by the relevant local authorities and before your trip. If the information differs from our travel advisory, do adhere to the official guidance from the authorities, as we may still be in the midst of updating our website with the latest regulatory changes.

Please note that you are responsible for complying with all travel requirements to enter into Thailand.
STEP 1: Register for the event
Nominated individuals should receive an email to register. Click the “Register Now” button to proceed to the registration site.
STEP 2: Complete registration form
- Complete your profile and traveling information
- Ensure that you have read and understood all the necessary requirements for traveling into Bangkok and returning to your home country.
- Make payment (if applicable).
Document/ information required (if applicable)
- Your personal details
- Your passport information
- HPE Learner’s ID
- Flight details (you may register before booking a flight and return to the registration form to complete your flight details)
- Payment information
STEP 3: Wait for confirmation email
You will receive email/s confirming your event registration and payment (if applicable).
STEP 4: Session booking
You will receive an email asking you to book your sessions 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
Once all the above steps are completed, you are ready to join HPE OBSS from Monday, 17 April 2023 onwards.
STEP 5: Before departure (For foreign attendees only)
Checklist of documents required:
- Valid passport with at least 6-month validity
- Valid visa (if required)
